Lest We Forget

Not that I wish to taint the naked untarnished hope that lifted every American heart yesterday... I do not want to cast a shadow on those upturned faces... BUT

let us not forget the folly that nearly brought us to our knees.

Or minimize the seriousness of the situation.

We had better remember these lessons.....
